Fisher Young Group Limited t/a MSGTAG™ ("MSGTAG") has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to the privacy of your information. This statement details our current information gathering and sharing practices for the MSGTAG range of products (the "Software") and http://www.msgtag.com/ (the "Web site").

Information Collection and Use
MSGTAG is the sole owner of the information collected on the Web site and through the Software. MSGTAG collects information from our users in several places and these methods are described below. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to any other parties except as disclosed in this statement.

Software Information

MSGTAG facility
The Software uses the MSGTAG service to determine whether an e-mail that has been tagged by the Software has been received by the intended recipient. In order to achieve this, MSGTAG must store the subject, message ID, message recipient, date sent, and MSGTAG account name of the sender for each e-mail tagged by the Software. If tagging is disabled in the application, MSGTAG does not store this information. MSGTAG will not sell, share or rent this information to any other parties.

At no stage in the MSGTAG process does the actual content of your e-mail get recorded. The only people who will read your e-mail are the intended recipient and you.

MSGTAG Account
To create a MSGTAG account, we may require some or all of the following information: name, e-mail, addresses, phone numbers, and any other relevant identifying information. This information will not be sold, shared or rented to other parties.

Web Site Information

IP Addresses
MSGTAG will, on occasion, collect visitors' IP addresses to help diagnose problems with servers, to administer the Web site, to analyse page trends, track the internal movement of web visitors, monitor referrals, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. IP addresses will not be used for any purposes other than these. MSGTAG will not track user's movements or browsing habits beyond the confines of the msgtag.com domain.

Information collected from forms
The Web site uses forms for visitors to request information, products, and services. Depending on the service, product, or information that visitors request, visitors' contact information such as e-mail addresses or telephone numbers may be collected. Visitors' contact information is also used to get in touch with them when necessary. Visitors may opt out of receiving newsletters. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services.

Cookies
The Web site creates a cookie on a user's first visit to the site. This is used to simplify the welcome process by limiting the information available to first-time users. This 'first visit' cookie stores no information about the user besides the fact that they have visited the site once before. The Web site does not use any other permanent cookies. Session (temporary) cookies may be used from time-to-time to enhance navigation within the Web site. These cookies are destroyed when the user closes their web browser.

Contests
MSGTAG may run contests on the Web site which may require visitors to provide contact information (e.g. e-mail addresses) for entry purposes. Visitors' contact information is used to contact the visitor when necessary and only for contest-related correspondence. This information will not be sold, shared or rented to other parties.

Our Contacts with MSGTAG Customers
We communicate with our registered users by e-mail to inform them of important service announcements, such as an outage notification for the MSGTAG service. It is a condition of using the MSGTAG service that the user receive these important communications. MSGTAG will only send important service announcements that are informational in nature rather than promotional.

Links to other sites
The Web site may contain links to other sites. MSGTAG is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites. We encourage users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information.

General Privacy Information

Email Addresses
MSGTAG and Fisher Young Group Limited are committed to the reduction and elimination in unsolicited commercial e-mail and spam. As a company that legitimately uses email addresses and as a responsible Internet citizen we wish to reiterate the following assurance: Under no circumstances will any email address collected by the MSGTAG software, web site or customer support department be sold, rented or provided to any other company.

Survey Information
MSGTAG may, through the Software or the Web site, request demographic or survey information from users (e.g. age, internet usage, or income level). Users may choose whether or not they wish to complete these surveys and any information obtained in this manner will not be attributed to the user in any way, except where expressly authorised by the user.

Third-party offers
Users may be able to elect to receive special offers from third parties. MSGTAG will not send any third party offers to users who do not wish to receive them. All offers of this kind will be managed by MSGTAG. At no time will MSGTAG ever make any user information available to third parties.

Privacy of customer data
In order to process the purchases of licenses for our software, certain information is necessarily collected by MSGTAG. We retain records of licensed users of our software, and these records may contain any or all of the following information: names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, or other relative identifying information. We do not sell or share this information with other parties.

We collect credit card information only when required for transactional purposes and we will not store credit card information for longer than is required to process the relevant transaction.

If a customer places a request for customer service, the information that may be collected is: e-mail address, name, phone number, correspondence records, and technical information such as system hardware, operating system, and the version of the Software being used. This information is voluntarily given by the customer, and is used by MSGTAG only for the purpose of assisting the customer with their concerns. This information is not used for any other purpose. Information collected by our customer service department will not be sold, shared or rented to other parties.

Passwords
Under no circumstances will any staff member of MSGTAG ask you for your MSGTAG account password. Do not disclose this to any other person, for any reason.

Security
MSGTAG will take all reasonable steps to protect the security of your personal information within the confines of the Web site, and honours your choices for its intended use. We carefully protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. We carefully protect your data from disclosure, with exception only in matters where designated by law or court order.

Notification of Changes
If we ever change our privacy policy, we will post notification of such changes on our Web site, in order that our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an e-mail. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.

If MSGTAG is ever sold, in whole or in part, to another organisation, such a sale will only proceed on the condition that this privacy policy is adopted by the new owner.

It is our sincere intention to protect your personal information in the same manner as we would want our own personal information protected.
